Cold War jets set for open day

Bruntingthorpe Airfield near Leicester is set to unleash its collection of Cold War jets on the public at its Open Day on the 29th of May.
The event is excellent opportunity to see cold war aircraft close up, and many aircraft will make taxi runs throughout the day with the Victor, Nimrod, Lightning, Iskra, Hunter, Buccaneer and Jet Provost all participating.*
Vulcan XH558 will also be on display on and will depart the airfield at the end of the day.
Entrance fees are: Adult - £15; OAP's - £10; accompanied children under 16 years old - free of charge.
