Military vehicles converge on Weybourne

Historical military vehicles and re-enactors converged on Muckelburgh at Weybourne in North Norfolk for the museum's open weekend (27-28 June).
Displays included a parade of vehicles from the Norfolk Military Vehicle Group, a mock battle by Norfolk Army cadets and an impressive show of force by Muckelburgh's tanks (pictured below).
There were also many static displays which included, SAS re-enacors - Sabre Squadron, WWII German re-enactors (pictured top) and the RAF's Pathfinder Museum which is based at RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire, their display included a restored Stirling front gun turret.
Muckelburgh has two complete airframes, Harrier GR3 (XZ968) and Meteor TT20 (WD686), and many aviation related artefacts and a feature on the collection will be forthcoming on this website.
