Reshuffle Newark Air Museum

In recent weeks there have been a series of aircraft movements on the front portion of the Newark Air Museum site, which are understood to be part of the preparation for some planned enhancements to the area outside the museum café. Initially the Meteor T7 was moved forward towards the café, which allowed the recently restored Dove to be moved across towards the Vulcan. The move team then pushed the Canberra PR7 back into the area vacated by the Dove; this final phase of the move was made more difficult due to a change in the ground conditions but was achieved by utilising sections of PSP matting.
Work is also due to start to tidy up the Vulcan nose and repaint some of the underside in advance of the Tribute to the V-Force event in April.
